Device Health Monitoring

Challenge

Admins often struggle with real-time monitoring of device health, leading to unforeseen failures and extended downtimes. Without continuous tracking, critical issues like low battery levels or poor connectivity can go unnoticed.

Design Solution

We integrated a real-time device health monitoring dashboard, offering continuous visibility into metrics like battery status, Wi-Fi strength, and device connectivity. This proactive approach to device monitoring was designed to empower users with immediate insights

Device Management

Challenge

IT admins face inefficiencies and inconsistencies when executing commands on individual devices, which can lead to operational slowdowns.

Design Solution

We developed a dedicated device management page that provides IT admins with detailed information and customizable settings for each device. The design focuses on improving operational efficiency and minimizing errors. Early A/B testing revealed a significant boost in task completion rates.

Alert Channel Management

Challenge

When managing large-scale IoT networks, coordinating alert notifications effectively becomes a logistical challenge. Misrouted or delayed alerts can result in unresolved device issues, increasing the risk of service interruptions.

Design Solution

Our alert channel management feature was built to allow seamless configuration and customization of notification paths, ensuring the right teams receive the right alerts on time. This solution enhances overall incident prioritization and resolution.

I had the most sincere pleasure of partnering with Rach at my time at Amwell. Rach was a consummate teammate, has a wonderful sense of design/UI/UX, practices masterful organization, and partners to build amazing products.
