Improving Visit Documentation and Insights

Challenge

Documenting patient information and gaining insights post-visit was cumbersome, with data spread across different systems.

Design Solution

Visit details were designed to include patient info, visit summaries, insights, and attachments in one view, allowing seamless documentation and review. The streamlined interface reduced time spent on visit documentation enabling providers to focus more on patient care.

Managing Video Consultations Efficiently

Challenge

Providers had difficulty handling video consultations, particularly managing participants and reviewing relevant patient data or filling forms/ prescriptions simultaneously.
