A mobile-first Video Call feature, designed to allow providers to stay connected with their practice and patients at any time. Key functionalities such as file sharing, instant messaging, and remote camera control replicate the desktop experience without compromising usability. 

Improving Referral Efficiency

Referring patients to specialists can be a slow process, as providers must search for the correct contacts manually.

Design Solution

A comprehensive, searchable Provider Directory is integrated into the app, allowing providers to swiftly locate and connect with specialists. The search functionality is enhanced with filters, which results in a reduction in referral time.
