Design Solution

The app’s Inline Case Messaging feature was designed for immediate collaboration. Providers can directly access conversations within the patient case view, reducing the time spent switching between different platforms.

Enhancing Accessibility and Flexibility

Challenge

Healthcare providers often need to communicate with patients or colleagues outside of regular hours or when they are away from their primary clinic.

Design Solution

A mobile-first Video Call feature, designed to allow providers to stay connected with their practice and patients at any time. Key functionalities such as file sharing, instant messaging, and remote camera control replicate the desktop experience without compromising usability. 

Improving Referral Efficiency

Challenge

Referring patients to specialists can be a slow process, as providers must search for the correct contacts manually.

Design Solution

A comprehensive, searchable Provider Directory is integrated into the app, allowing providers to swiftly locate and connect with specialists. The search functionality is enhanced with filters, which results in a reduction in referral time.

Providers often struggle with accessing and managing patient information efficiently while on the move.

The Case Management feature centralizes patient case details into a single, mobile-optimized view. Information is structured for ease of navigation and quick access, reducing the number of taps and searches.
